Asian American marketing, built on the community we know best.

RedNexus is an Asian American marketing agency for established U.S. and Canadian businesses. Our core is the Chinese community, where our team, platforms and results are strongest, and we extend campaigns to Korean and Vietnamese audiences when clients want to reach them too. Every community gets its own language, channels and replies.

Who we reach.

“Asian American” covers more than twenty origin groups with different languages and habits. We plan by community and by generation, not by census category.

  • Chinese American and Chinese Canadian

Our core. Mandarin and Cantonese speakers, simplified and traditional readers, reached through Xiaohongshu, WeChat, advertising and a 24/7 concierge in Chinese.

  • New immigrants and international students

Often most active on Chinese apps and most responsive to first-hand reviews and fast replies in Chinese.

  • Second-generation and bilingual families

Comfortable in English and Chinese. They compare brands across Instagram, Google and Xiaohongshu, and parents and grandparents often join the decision.

  • Korean and Vietnamese audiences

Available as an extension for clients who want it, planned community by community with native-language content and channels.

  • Pan-Asian moments

Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn and other shared occasions, when one theme can travel across communities with local execution.

The largest Asian American communities are in metro New York (about 2.6 million), Los Angeles (2.45 million) and San Francisco (1.44 million), followed by San Jose, Washington, Chicago, Seattle, Dallas and Houston.

Platform habits vary by age and by how long someone has lived in North America, so we check them against your own customers before planning.

Common questions

Is RedNexus an Asian American marketing agency?

Yes, with a clear core. Most of our work is with the Chinese American and Chinese Canadian community, the largest Asian group in many of the cities our clients serve. For clients who want it, we extend campaigns to Korean and Vietnamese audiences and to pan-Asian messages.

Should we run one Asian campaign or separate ones?

Usually separate, at least for content and replies. Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese customers use different apps and languages. A shared message, such as a Lunar New Year offer, can run across communities, but each still needs its own channels.

Do you cover Mandarin and Cantonese?

Yes. Content and replies can be in Mandarin or Cantonese, in simplified or traditional characters, depending on who your customers are.

Do you also do Hispanic or general multicultural marketing?

No. We focus on Asian communities, led by the Chinese community, so that every campaign is run by people who know the platforms and the culture first-hand. For English-language audiences we offer social media management.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set in a written proposal after a Zoom call, based on scope. A full program costs about what one in-house hire would, for a team of five or more specialists.
