A dedicated marketing team, without building one in-house.

RedNexus works as the outsourced marketing team for established U.S. and Canadian businesses that want more customers from the local Chinese community. Strategy, Chinese social media, English social media, advertising and inquiry handling run as one program, alongside the marketing, sales and front-desk staff you already have.

Why established businesses outsource this work.

Reaching the Chinese community well takes a range of skills, every week, in two languages. These are the reasons clients give us most often.

  • The skills rarely sit in one hire

Strategy, Chinese copywriting, design, video, ad buying and customer service in Chinese are separate skills. A single marketing coordinator cannot cover them all, however capable.

  • Bilingual specialists are hard to hire and keep

Finding people who know these platforms and your industry takes months, and when one of them leaves, the accounts stall. A team keeps the work going through vacations and turnover.

  • Platform knowledge compounds

Xiaohongshu and WeChat rules, account structures and what earns trust in regulated categories are learned across many accounts. We bring what we have learned from more than 50 businesses since 2022.

  • The work has to run every week

Results come from steady publishing and fast replies over months, not from a single campaign. That rhythm is easier to keep with a team whose job is exactly this.

What the team covers.

Take the full program or the parts you need. Each engagement is scoped to the business in a written proposal.

Strategy and positioning

Your Chinese name and message, the audiences to prioritize, the channel plan and the monthly targets.

Xiaohongshu and WeChat

Account setup, verification, content and community management on both platforms. Details

English social media

Content, video editing, publishing and account management for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Content and video production

Shoots, interviews with founders and doctors, design and short-form edits for every platform.

Paid advertising

Xiaohongshu, Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns, judged by the inquiries and bookings they produce.

Inquiries and appointments

Replies in Chinese around the clock, screening, booking and a clear handoff to your staff.

Your first 90 days.

Engagements start with a three-month minimum, because the first months build the foundation that results depend on. 98% of our clients continue after those first three months.

  1. Month 1: Foundation

Accounts set up and positioned, verifications filed, and industry whitelisting applied for in the Xiaohongshu business backend, so the account can publish and advertise in its category without being flagged. Chinese platforms enforce their rules strictly; this is the step that keeps accounts safe.

  2. Month 2: First inquiries

Weekly content builds a searchable base, advertising starts on what performs, and the first leads and inquiries arrive and are answered in Chinese.

  3. Month 3: Results build

With the groundwork in place, inquiries and bookings usually become steady. We report each month on reach, inquiries and appointments.

  4. Month 4 onward: Scale

We put more behind what works, add channels and refine the inquiry process with your team.

An in-house hire or an outside team.

Both can work. A business with a bilingual marketer and a narrow goal may do well in-house. When you need the whole set of skills, an outside team usually gets there sooner.

Working alongside your team.

We fit into the way your business already runs. Your marketing lead sets priorities and approves the work; your front desk or sales team receives booked customers with clear notes, in English when your staff need it.

What stays with you

  • Approving claims, offers and prices, especially in regulated categories
  • The consultation, the sale and the experience on arrival
  • Brand decisions and anything that commits the business

Common questions

Do we need to replace our current marketing team?

No. Many clients have a marketing manager or an agency for their English-language work. We take on the Chinese-market program, and English social media if you want it, and work to the same brand standards and calendar.

Can we start with part of the program?

Yes. Some clients start with Xiaohongshu, WeChat and advertising and add the concierge or English social media later. The scope is set in a written proposal.

Who approves what gets published?

You name one point of contact. We agree the approval process at the start, including anything that needs review by a doctor, a lawyer or your brand team, and nothing goes out outside it.

How do you report results?

Every month: reach and engagement by platform, the inquiries that came in and where they came from, appointments booked, and what changes next month.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set in a written proposal after a Zoom call, based on scope. As a guide, a full program costs about what one in-house hire would, for a team of five or more specialists.

Do you work outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States and Canada. We meet on Zoom and travel for shoots.
